We offer a free initial design and advice consultation at our showroom or over the phone, then if required book a free on site design consultation.

 
 

One of our professionally qualified and experienced building designers will visit your home to discuss your brief, lifestyle & budget and discuss cost effective solutions for your individual needs.

We will advise you on the best way to suit your requirements and give you a personal plan for moving forward, informing you at every stage of the associated costs.

Your designer will draw up some concept plans and budget estimates based on your brief and invite you back to the showroom to go through in detail. - you can opt out or move forward at any stage of our process..

 

 
 

Once the concept is approved your designer will draw up initial detailed drawings based on the concept meeting, the drawings won’t be fully detailed construction drawing at this stage but will be detailed enough to give you a good idea of your completed project.

You will get an estimate of the project costs at this stage to give you an idea of where your budget will be, this will include our standard selection of products.

At each stage the detail will be getting more accurate and you will be able to see your project coming together.

When you are happy with the overall scheme and budget we take an initial deposit then we can move forward, looking at products and interior design selections.

Interior Design

The Fluff' - our qualified and experienced designers will meet you at our selection showroom to style the look of your project and advise you on product selection, tiles, stone, cabinet colours etc.

Your selections will be documented and priced up to give you an accurate indication of the costs associated with your choices.

 
 

Back to your designer to draw up detailed construction drawings, these will include all the detail to build the project with internal cabinet elevations etc.

The detailed specification & addenda will be produced at this stage ready for confirmation of prices to include all the associated selections and building works.

Your job is now ready for signing contracts.

Orders can be placed ready for delivery to site and start dates can be locked in at the contract meeting.

We can also offer a Project Management service for self-builders.

 

Once on site your experienced Supervisor will be in charge of delivering your Renovation with minimal fuss, our trades and suppliers have been hand picked and have extensive experience in their fields.

If you are self building or have chosen to use your own Renovator, we can provide support including site supervision / quality checks when required and advise on every facet of your renovation journey.
